Welcome to the NetInsert web directory! By using NetInsert's web directory service ("NetInsert") you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Content linked to by NetInsert

The web pages and web sites linked to by NetInsert are developed by people over whom NetInsert exercises no control. As a result, the web directory may contain links to pages that some people find objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive. The web pages are indexed by NetInsert's automated machinery and computers, and NetInsert cannot and does not screen the pages before including them in the web directory. By using NetInsert you agree to that NetInsert assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the content of the web pages linked to by NetInsert. You also agree to that NetInsert assumes no responsibility for the way the web pages are presented in the NetInsert web directory.

2. Registration Obligations

Any person with a web page or a web site on the Internet can register the page or the site at NetInsert. The page is added to the directory in a fully automated process with no advance review by human beings. If you register a web page at NetInsert you agree to:

1. provide true, accurate, and current information about the web page
2. maintain and update your registration data to keep the information true, accurate, and current
3. not make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
4. not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
5. not make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
6. not make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation
7. not make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
8. not make available any content which may disrupt the function of the NetInsert web directory

If you register a web page or a web site at NetInsert, and NetInsert finds that the page violates any of these conditions, you agree to that NetInsert has the right to remove the page or to block the page from the directory. You also agree to that NetInsert has the right to block the web domain of the page for all future use at NetInsert.

3. Requirement on Content

In order to keep a certain standard in the directory NetInsert requires that a web page must contain some readable content. A page which primarily consists of links to other sites or of commercial advertisements will not be accepted. NetInsert will neither accept web pages which have an identical content to web pages which are already registered in the directory (e.g. when different domain names resolve to the same web page).

If NetInsert finds that a web page violates any of the requirements on content you agree to that NetInsert has the right to remove the page or to block the page from the directory.

4. Personal Use Only

The NetInsert web directory is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the pages in the web directory to reformat and display them on your web site. You may not mirror NetInsert's home page or the pages in the directory on your web site. You may not send automated queries to NetInsert's system. If you want to make commercial use of the NetInsert web directory you must enter into an agreement with NetInsert to do so. Please contact NetInsert for more information.

5. Changes in the NetInsert web directory service and in these Terms of Use

NetInsert reserves the right to modify or terminate the web directory service from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, and without liability to you, any other user or any third party. NetInsert reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time without notice. Please review these Terms of Use frequently to stay updated on the conditions for using NetInsert.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

NetInsert disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material displayed in the NetInsert web directory. NetInsert disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material. NetInsert disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet through the NetInsert web directory.

THE NETINSERT WEB DIRECTORY SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. NETINSERT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. NETINSERT DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE NETINSERT WEB DIRECTORY. NETINSERT DISCLAIMS, ANY WARRANTIES FOR ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE OBTAINED THROUGH THE NETINSERT WEB DIRECTORY. NETINSERT DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE NETINSERT WEB DIRECTORY OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED BY THE NETINSERT WEB DIRECTORY, AS WELL AS FOR ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE NETINSERT WEB DIRECTORY.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE OBTAIN MATERIAL OR DATA THROUGH THE USE OF THE NETINSERT WEB DIRECTORY AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS IN THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL OR DATA.
